PRMLA Disciplinary Process and Complaint Submission
The Pelham Minor Lacrosse Association (PMLA) enforces a 24-hour cool-off period for complaints to ensure thoughtful resolution. After this period, the Disciplinary Committee reviews alleged violations of the association's rules, involving members, players, officials, or representatives. All parties will have the chance to present their side.
For minor concerns and grievances with a coach, parent, or player, or issues like floor time, contact the Parent Liaison for your age group. They will help address the issue.
SOFT-U11 review requests, please email Sarah Cullum
U13-U17 review requests, please email Chris Trachsel
For concerns about moderate to serious issues with coaches, parents, or players, please reach out the Risk Management Director. The complaint will be reviewed and acknowledge by the Risk Management Director and Disciplinary Committee within 24-48 hours. Upon review, a formal investigation may be conducted. Findings and any disciplinary actions will be communicated within two weeks.
