Zone 9 Fine Schedule

1. No-Show -$100.00 (plus Referee fees & floor time) 

2. Forfeit -$300.00 (Team suspended and Association voting rights cancelled until paid) 

3. Late Start * (15 to 30 minutes) - 50% additional referee's fees - (excluding mileage, * more than 30 minutes treated as a "no show", costs to be paid by the offending team) 

4. Gross Misconduct - $40.00 

5. Match Penalty - $40.00 

6. Game Misconduct (Coach) - $25.00 

7. Game Misconduct (Player) - $10.00 

8. 10 Minute Misconduct - No fine 

9. Major Penalty (5 min.) - $10.00 

10.Failure to upload games - $25.00 Games must be uploaded to GSI by 11:00 pm 

11.Final list by June 15th - $50.00 (Forms provided) 

12.Late Playoff results notification - $50.00 (Home team) (to GSI by 11:00 pm)) 

13.Non-attendance at Zone Meetings- $100.00 (first offence), and doubling for each subsequent offence during the year 

14. Debts not paid prior to OLA-AGM - $100.00 + Association will be suspended and voting rights cancelled until all debts are paid Debts not paid prior to Dec. 31st may result in suspension of the entire club for the following season. 

15.Graduated Suspensions (except fighting): 2nd suspension - 3 games + $35.00 fine 3rd suspension - Discipline Hearing + $50.00 mandatory fee 

16.Fighting Suspensions: 1st or 2nd offence - Balance of game + 1 game suspension + fine 3rd offence - Discipline Hearing + $50.00 mandatory fee + fine
